Job Duties:
- Provides end-user support to ICAC Associates for all operational systems. Ensures that all requests are logged accurately and any escalation procedures are followed.
- Performs system operations activities, including checking error logs, verifying integrity of systems and maintaining proper documentation.
- Assists with “in the moment” training support to ICAC for all Business Systems.
- Maintain our text messaging platform and perform month-end reporting.
- Researches and evaluates new software and hardware technologies which could enhance the computer system.
- Stay up to date on system enhancements including internal enhancements and external systems updates.
- Customer focused and communicates effectively with all levels of employees.
- Maintain problem status and resolution information in Salesforce CRM.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Will require weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related program.
- Preferred 2+ years of technical help-desk experience
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Google Suite experience preferred.
- Critical thinking skills, including problem analysis and resolution.
- Must be able to understand technical concepts of interrelated systems and hardware in a multi-platform environment.
- Exceptional customer service attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
