Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Specialist to join our team at Kitchen Sink Creative. The Business Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business by supporting our operations, financial management, and business development efforts. This is a unique opportunity for an organized and proactive individual who is passionate about the creative industry and is looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate our day-to-day business operations, including client contracts, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Develop financial projections, reports, and analyses to guide strategic decision making.
Support business development efforts by researching and identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Provide administrative support to the CEO and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency or business setting.
Strong understanding of business finances and budget management.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Salary: $38,000 to $50,000 yearly
