Business Reporting Analyst

Partners in the development of strategic initiatives and relationships. Assists in the development and implementation of programs and projects that support the company’s vision and short and long-term plans.

  • Utilizes diverse internal and external data sources, normalizes, and consolidates data to create reports needed to make critical business decisions
  • Creates and maintains Tableau repository database for standard and ad-hoc reporting
  • Reconciles and cleanses data discrepancies across multiple source systems
  • Participates in the development of operational procedures to maintain data accuracy and integrity
  • Collects and analyzes data trends and impact analysis and presents findings to key stake holders
  • Collaborates with executives to develop new reports as business needs evolve
  • Project management to include system upgrade and implementation.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science or other related field from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient knowledge of statistical data modeling software
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools and visual analytics platforms including Tableau
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize work for timely completion
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with all levels both inside and outside of the organization
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to write general business correspondence and prepare executive-level presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Ability to commute with personal transportation.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds).
