Summary/Objective
The main objective of this role is to fortify our relationships with IMO distribution partners through close collaboration with internal teams to offer proactive operational support. The ideal candidate will expedite the launch-to-sale process for new IMO and Financial Institutions by managing the onboarding process with sales, operations, PMO and the entity. Will effectively manage connections with IMO and Financial Institutions back offices for product, operational, procedural and new business workflow questions. Collaboration and partnership are key aspects of this position, as the individual will work closely with Kuvare Operations, IMO Sales, Sales Support Teams, and other home office and TPA staff across all levels and functions. The ideal candidate will showcase qualities of accountability, collaboration, strong relationship-building skills, and an innate drive for excellence.
Duties And Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Facilitate the onboarding process of new IMOs and Financial Institutions working with sales, operations, outside vendors, marketing and PMO.
Manage operational relationship with assigned distribution partners by providing ongoing support for product, workflow, suitability, e application platforms, technology and service initiatives.
Responsible for managing and resolving operations-related issues and serving as the point person for escalations.
Collaborates with internal partners to provide unified operational support, message coordination and issue resolution to assigned distribution groups.

Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, FLMI designation a plus
Eight or more years of progressive professional relationship management experience and three or more years of operational or sales leadership experience in the insurance or financial services industry
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
