Position Summary-

The Client Success Manager responsibilities include client outreach to set appointments for your Business Development Manager, determine whether potential clients might be interested in obtaining additional information about our organization and services offered, and getting on the client's RFP list. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly goals which will be tracked using our CRM HubSpot. To be successful as a Client Success Manager, you should be determined to achieve and surpass each of your work-related goals. An outstanding Client Success Manager will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process, including the Arrow value proposition.

This position reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Understanding the Arrow Security value proposition
  • Calling prospective clients using a list of leads in our CRM
  • Providing marketing material to customers via e mail
  • Asking potential clients to be included in upcoming RFP's
  • Accepting calls from prospective clients
  • Follow up regularly with prospects
  • Fielding basic questions about our services
  • Scheduling meetings between the prospective client and Arrow Sales Professionals
  • Keeping a detailed log of calls, e mails and appointments in the CRM
  • Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
  • Provide client feedback
  • Communication with the Sales Team
  • Receiving RFP's and providing basic information to determine go / no go decisions
  • Minimum of 40 customer touches per day.
  • 5 appointments per week.
  • 1 RFP or proposal per week

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • CRM technology proficiency (HubSpot or similar)
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and multi-task
  • Ability to take initiative to uncover opportunities
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail

  • Persuasive and results-oriented

  • Follow up with internal and external clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • HSD/GED required
  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar will be advantageous.


This is a Remote position for candidates who reside in the Tri State Area.
