Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Business Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, coupled with expertise in integration, cybersecurity, application modernization, and data (AI), particularly within the finance industry. As a Sales Business Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, advising clients on tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships within the finance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the finance sector
Drive sales growth by targeting and engaging banks, financial institutions and asset managers.
Provide expert advice and present solutions in integration, cybersecurity, application modernization, and data (AI) to meet the specific needs of financial institutions
Build trust and rapport with clients through effective communication and understanding of their requirements
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the finance industry
Promote and sell business products and services
Responsible for deriving new business opportunities through direct & indirect customer contact
Work with our existing lead generation agency to manage and follow-up on all prospective leads
Collaborating with global teams to implement sales and business development strategies
Focus on converting potential leads into actual customers through dedicated efforts
Stay updated on market trends and developments in integration, cybersecurity, application modernization, and data (AI) within the finance sector
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the technology sector and finance industry, or related field
Understanding of data (AI) concepts and technologies
Proficiency in system integrations, cybersecurity, data management, and application modernization is essential
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed

Competitive salary and commission structure
Base Salary Range: $110,000 to $125,000 Total OTE: $140,000 (uncapped commission)
