Key Responsibilities:
Expand our client base by targeting office buildings, industrial facilities, educational institutions, and other commercial customers.
Research and prospect potential clients, scheduling face-to-face presentations with key decision-makers.
Use consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs, develop value propositions, and create complex proposals.
Manage sales activities and schedules using Salesforce.
Participate in trade shows, corporate events, and networking activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas for 5+ years.
Strong prospecting, marketing, and professional networking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a sales team and collaborate with operations teams.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel (not extensive travel).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
