Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand our client base by targeting office buildings, industrial facilities, educational institutions, and other commercial customers.
• Research and prospect potential clients, scheduling face-to-face presentations with key decision-makers.
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs, develop value propositions, and create complex proposals.
• Manage sales activities and schedules using Salesforce.
• Participate in trade shows, corporate events, and networking activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas for 5+ years.
• Strong prospecting, marketing, and professional networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales team and collaborate with operations teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel (not extensive travel).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
