Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Nulixir’s market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

2. Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Represent Nulixir at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and build networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

3. Sales and Negotiation:

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for Nulixir and our clients.

4. Market Expansion:

  • Explore and penetrate new markets, identifying potential clients and partners in untapped regions.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Monitor and report on market performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Work closely with the Product Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Bring innovative ideas and solutions to enhance Nulixir’s product offerings and market positioning.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth and success.


Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
