About the opportunity:

We are seeking to hire a motivated professional to work as a Business Development Analyst in a strategic role for within our structure. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives, lead generation, and targeted engagement within the North American market, working closely with our leadership, as well as the sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities:

• Focusing on building and nurturing relationships with C-level executives.
• Facilitating effective communication between the our leaders and market other executives.
• Managing roundtable discussions and events on behalf of Avenue Code.
• Cultivating and managing a network of C-level contacts for the leadership.
• Assisting with the management of social media.
• Organizing and managing monthly events in San Francisco, including agenda coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations and build rapport.
• Confidence and assertiveness to represent the company in various professional settings.
• Experience or familiarity with business development practices and strategies.
• Proactive mindset and ability to act as the CEO’s right-hand person, anticipating needs and providing support as required.

At Avenue Code it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for US Based Business Development Analyst is $50.000 USD to $70.000 USD per year.
