Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability
Minimum Associate degree in a business/technical area; Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, General Construction, Architecture, or a related field preferred
At least five years supervisory experience involving public organization facilities maintenance and operations
Knowledge of buildings management systems including HVAC and fire alarm controls
Experience with the design and implementation of preventative maintenance projects as well as cost estimation of remodeling and facilities improvement projects
Successful completion of supplemental courses, training programs, or other licenses/certificates in facilities and operations management systems
Employee shall remain free of any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance abuse in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the district
