The Role:
- Managing sales and brand development across a defined geographical area
- Design and deliver sales strategies to grow existing accounts while also building new accounts, through increased brand awareness and providing exceptional customer care
- Actively seeking out new customers and retail opportunities with a focus on luxury brands
- Build strong partnerships with our customers, assisting them with inventory levels, promoting new lines and products and ensuring the product is positioned to optimize sales and the brand image.
- Maintaining sales reports and analyzing reports for new opportunities for growth
- Ensuring optimal visual merchandising for our customers
- Utilizing company systems and technology to efficiently processing orders and quotes
- Being responsive to customers inquiries and or concerns via email, phone, and other communication channels with a focus on providing a customer centric resolution
- Always assessing individual customer needs and delivering personalized service.
- Maintaining Industry knowledge, keeping up to date on market and industry trends.
- Build relationships with other teams across the business to ensure the customer lifecycle is supported at each stage
- Collaborating closely with marketing, accounting, customer service, and production departments.
- Participating in semi-annual inventory clean-up and updating of pricing tags.
- Planning and attending various shows, such as trunk shows, private shows, and trade shows, as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Driven by success – ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close deals
- Customer centric
- Self-starter delivering results with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in outside sales within the Luxury Jewelry or Luxury brands
- Proficiency in CRM software, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.
- Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to travel with own vehicle
- Proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales
