Job Summary
As a Crystal Mountain Athlete or Ambassador, you will represent the mountain online and in person by upholding our brand standards when competing or creating content. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about skiing, snowboarding, and outdoor adventures and can capture the essence of Crystal through captivating visuals and narratives. The Athlete and Ambassador Program is made up of four teams: Athletes, Influencers, Brand Ambassadors, and Junior Brand Ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media:
Post social media content that highlights the resort's terrain, community, amenities, events, and activities.
Tag Crystal Mountain in all posts and include @CrystalMountain Ambassador in profile.
Engage with Crystal Mountain's social media channels in the comments and re-sharing content to stories, helping to amplify Crystal's messages.
Collaborate with the marketing and events team on unique content opportunities.
Content Creation
Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing the terrain, community, amenities, events and activities.
Edit and enhance content to ensure it meets our branding guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
Submit all content to designated Dropbox folder for marketing team access and use.
Participation In Events And Photoshoots
Take part in early-ups and organized shoots for marketing content, modeling skiing/snowboarding with professional photographers/videographers.
Act as a representative of the resort during special events, photoshoots, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to ensure successful execution of resort events.
Share behind-the-scenes content on social stories during events and shoots.
Community Engagement
Foster relationships with guests, fellow ambassadors, and the broader skiing/snowboarding community.
Be a positive, kind, welcoming representative of Crystal on the mountain and online.
