Compensation: Base Salary of $60,000/year + Sales Commission + Quarterly & Annual Bonuses

The Branch Operations Manager will oversee the success of our Nashville event operations and booth servicing. You will ensure high standards and deliver top-quality service.
Logistics & Planning:
- Manage event logistics and advance event preparations.
- Execute events by transporting and setting up photobooths.
- Service photobooths at local bars, venues, hotels, etc.
Team Management:
- Lead and train team members.
- Manage schedules, payroll, and weekly meetings.
Event Execution:
- Ensure efficient transportation and setup of photobooths.
- Supervise events and maintain high service standards.
Customer Service:
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries.
- Build relationships with clients and event coordinators.
Install & Service Booths:
- Ensure photobooths are operational and quickly serviced.
- Handle routine maintenance and paper changes.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and innovate operational processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess knowledge of photobooth operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the field.
Vendor and Venue Relationships:
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and event venues.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance event experiences.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for business growth and revenue generation.
- Propose creative ideas to expand services and attract new clients.
The schedule typically runs from Tuesday to Saturday, with support during nights and weekends as needed. Key activities include:
- Planning logistics and coordinating team efforts for upcoming events.
- Attending and participating in field operations meetings.
- Supervising event execution and maintaining equipment.
- Managing inventory and ensuring event readiness.
- Developing and updating standard operating procedures.
Education:
- Some college or a college degree
- Relevant trade school education
Experience:
- Background in events, stage, music, or film production
- Experience handling heavy equipment
- Familiarity with fast-paced environments and team management
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Proficiency in driving and loading equipment
