LHH is partnering with a company looking to fill a temporary bookkeeper position at a small manufacturing company in Portland, OR. This role requires 2-5 years of experience with AP/AR/QuickBooks. Manufacturing bookkeeping experience is also a plus. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a company to grow with. Below is more information!


In this role, you will be:

  • Work with invoices and accounts payable
  • Applying payments and posting checks
  • Entering data entries of invoices
  • Balancing petty cash ledgers


To be a fit you must have:

  • 2-5 years experience with AP/AR/QuickBooks
  • Some manufacturing experience would be helpful
  • Extensive experience working with excel
  • Strong attention to detail


Employment Type: Temp (3-6 months)

Compensation: $30-35/hr. USD

Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours a week
