DICE™ by HR Knowledge Source (HRKS, is a Center of Excellence that focuses on sustainable culture change through assessing, strategizing, and experiential learning. As a DEI Consultant (Bilingual), you will be crucial to our Diversity. Inclusion. Culture. Equity. (DICE™) team. You will be responsible for managing and delivering impactful DEI initiatives to our clients through our proprietary DICE™ BOLD (Bridging Opportunities to Leverage Diversity) Experience framework, designed to help organizations create sustainable culture change and transform mindsets.

Essential Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Project Management:

  • Lead and manage complex client projects from initiation to completion.

  • Ensure client satisfaction by exceeding expectations and fostering strong relationships.

  • Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Solution Design & Delivery:

  • Support the design of customized DEI solutions, including training, roundtables, group coaching, and assessment services.

  • Tailor solutions to specific client needs and objectives utilizing the DICE™ BOLD Experience framework, such as simulation sessions, foundation courses, and leadership roundtables

  • Deliver solutions clearly, concisely, and engagingly, using data analysis to provide valuable insights.

Partnership & Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with the DEI Practice Leader on strategic initiatives, business development, and operational support.

  • Contribute to thought leadership through research, publications, and presentations.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and expertise actively.

  • Expand HRKS' reach and build valuable connections by attending industry events and fostering diverse networks.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in one or more DEI subject matters, such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, diversity recruitment, etc.

  • Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish.

  • Must be organized, concise, detailed, flexible, and efficient.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in business operations, corporate social responsibility and a keen understanding of business strategies.

  • Strong and proven business acumen skills and experience.

  • Strong and proven experience in public speaking.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word).

  • High degree of discretion and judgment in confidential matters and information.

  • Proven knowledge of the art of using interpersonal skills to convince others to share one's perspective or way of thinking.

  • Ability to analyze information to make informed decisions and resolve problems.

  • Domestic travel up to 10% may be required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Human Behavior, Industrial Psychology, Community Relations, or a related field.

  • Three (3) to Five (5) years' experience as a DEI practitioner with a proven track record of managing client engagements and delivering impactful solutions.

  • Experience with instructional design and content development. (preferred)

  • Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) or Professional (CDP) certificate, Coaching certificate, EQ-I 2.0/EQ360 certificate. (preferred)
