Behavioral Health Director

Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a Behavioral Health organization experiencing a rapid growth phase. This organization serves children, adolescents, and adults with emotional, behavioral, and cognitive differences across all stages of life. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Behavioral Health Director opportunity at one of their children's psychiatric care facilities near Malvern, PA. The Behavioral Health Director is responsible for administering and coordinating the hospital operations to ensure a safe and effective program of services.

Position: Behavioral Health Director

Location: near Malvern, PA

Behavioral Health Director Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital
• Provide supervision and guidance to the hospital staff
• Direct activities that enhance referral development
• Fiscal oversight and FTE Management
  
  

Behavioral Health Director Qualifications

• 7+ years of previous supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric challenges, and disorders
• Masters Degree in a related field preferred
