B2C Website Manager

At Xsolla, we empower players to get the most of their favorite games and optimize the way they pay and play. We are currently seeking a Website Manager to lead our efforts building several B2C web pages, implementing new features, and handling publishing across multiple product roadmaps and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day operations of B2C landing pages in the US market (further markets/localizations to come)
  • Collaborating with the marketing teams to manage and fulfill new content insertion, updates, and ongoing maintenance, and ensure all content is up-to-date and engaging
  • Monitoring and analyzing website traffic and user behavior to optimize content and user experience
  • Ensuring all content is optimized for SEO and meets Xsolla standards
  • Managing website updates, including featured games, influencer campaigns, blogs, and promotional content
  • Champion the player experience – collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative website solutions that achieve business goals and raise the bar for player experiences.
  • Keep critical metrics top-of-mind to improve player response and business impact.
  • Collaborating with the product and design teams to ensure all website content is visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent.
  • Providing regular reports to management on website performance and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide support for our Senior Website Manager to field content management tasks within Xsolla’s B2B arm.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in web content management, preferably in the gaming industry
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and other web-related software
  • Strong understanding of SEO and website analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a great eye for design and visual appeal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for the gaming industry and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and news
  • Record of outstanding execution and experience running, developing, or launching a medium to sophisticated website
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics and A/B testing tools, such as Acquia Lift, Google Experiments, Adobe Target and/or Optimizely.
  • Flexible, compassionate, communicative, transparent, accountable


Preferred

  • Past digital agency experience
  • Experience with an entrepreneurial organization
  • Knowledge of B2C digital marketing channels, and both the gaming and fintech industries


$60,000 - $65,000 a year
