**Position Overview:

Join our team as a B2B/SAAS Integration Specialist and help guide clients all the way from a technical demo through onboarding, providing training and support to ensure they are set up for success.

Responsibilities:

• You will design and implement integration solutions between our SAAS applications and clients' existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• We expect you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand client requirements and deliver tailored integration solutions.
• You will provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for integration-related issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption for the clients.
• We expect you to create detailed technical documentation for each integration project, enabling both internal teams and clients to understand and maintain integrations effectively.
• You will conduct comprehensive testing of integration solutions to verify their performance, reliability, and compatibility with various platforms and environments.
• We expect you to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• You will participate in client onboarding sessions, providing technical guidance and training to help clients maximize the value of their integrated systems.
