Automotive Sales Director

Our Client is a leading automotive supplier committed to the delivery of high quality, innovative solutions. They are seeking a Sales Director to join their team in a remote position.

You will play an important role in sales growth and business development with major customers.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Find and seize fresh business chances with significant OEM clients.
• Create and carry out strategic plans to increase market share and meet sales goals.
• Assure a high degree of client loyalty and pleasure.
• To reach and surpass revenue targets, create and implement efficient sales tactics.
• Examine industry developments and rivalry to find openings and dangers.
• Manage major accounts, making sure that goods and services are delivered on schedule and accurately.
• Resolve any problems or worries to keep up good customer relations.
• Oversee discussions and complete high-value transactions with OEM clients.
• Make sure the terms and conditions are favourable and in line with the goals of the organisation.

Your Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of ten years of experience in the automotive sector in sales and business development.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a similar discipline. An MBA or a similar advanced degree is advantageous.
• A strong sense of hunting combined with outstanding sales and company growth abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• The ability to think strategically and solve problems.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• The capacity to function both alone and collaboratively in a busy setting.
• Willingness to travel to visit clients and participate in industry gatherings on a regular basis.
