Role: Automation Engineer

Location: NC

Position: Onsite Office

Job Description

  • Strong background in Siemens Desigo and PCS7, along with a solid understanding of PLC/DCS/HMI's and instrumentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience programming Control Systems DCS and PLC systems, with proficiency in Siemens PCS7
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience programming and configuring HMI systems, including Wonderware, Allen Bradley, and Siemens.
  • Strong understanding of P&IDs and Process Flow Diagrams.
  • HMI and PLC programming to meet/exceed client's scope of work.
  • System architecture, configuration, programming, and design.
  • Development of P&IDs and Process Flow Diagrams.

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in Siemens Desigo and PCS7.
  • Strong programming skills in Siemens PCS7, Allen Bradley Contrologix, and familiarity with other control systems.
  • Experience in configuring HMI systems (Wonderware, Allen Bradley, Siemens).
  • Understanding of P&IDs and Process Flow Diagrams.
