The Opportunity:

Our client is a mid-sized full-service accounting firm based in New England with a phenomenal culture that provides strong work/life balance including great (~55/wk) hours during busy season and reduced hours in the off season. They offer great benefits, including generous PTO (that you can ACTUALLY take!), and in addition, they close for the week of July 4th to allow for additional time off.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements remotely, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to a diverse clientele.
• Build and maintain robust client relationships, providing superior advisory services and insights.
• Mentor, guide, and manage team members across various locations, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Remain abreast of the latest auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends to offer proactive and innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Strong technical expertise in auditing standards, compliance, and advisory services.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing teams remotely.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• A commitment to excellence in client service and professional development.
