Job Opportunity: Associate Partner– US Tax and Advisory Services


Our CPA firm client is recognized as one of the Top 20 fastest-growing accounting firms in the United States, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join either their San Francisco/San Jose or NYC/NJ offices as an Associate Partner in Taxation. As part of their team, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of Corporations with cross-border structures.



Key Responsibilities:


· Manage a portfolio of clients with cross-border structures, focusing on US inbound or outbound corporations.

· Oversee timely final review and delivery of federal and state income tax compliances, including quarterly estimates.

· Provide federal and international tax advisory services to corporates.

· Assist with federal and state audits, including correspondence, data requests, and audit coordination.

· Work with our India team/India-based subcontractor for the execution of tax compliances/tax advisory services.

· Manage risk and performance of engagements, including project budgets, resource planning, and financial metrics.

· Contribute to marketing and business development activities of the firm.




Qualifications & Experience:


· 12+ years in public accounting firms with an active CPA.

· Strong technical skill in federal, international, and multi-state taxation.

· Experience in federal and international tax advisory matters.

· Proficient knowledge of automated tax processing systems and Microsoft Office tools.

· Excellent supervisory, analytical, and leadership abilities.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
