Responsibilities and Job Duties

  • Lead immunoassay development, optimization and validation.
  • Write and revises protocols, SOPs and study reports.
  • Performs routine laboratory tasks and monitor GLP compliance.
  • Perform immunoassays under GLP to support pre-clinical and clinical studies.
  • Coordinate work with QA and research staff.
  • Performs research in collaboration with others for projects. Makes details observations, analyzes data and interprets results
  • Investigates, creates and develops new methods and technologies to advance projects
  • Maintains expertise through familiarity with scientific literature
  • Acts independently in conducting research experiments
  • May train or mentor other team members

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a scientific discipline


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) regulations
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and facilitation skills
  • Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Exercises independent judgement in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
