You’ll join the Photography team to develop a comprehensive photographic portfolio to showcase residential properties in the most advantageous light, employing professional techniques to capture the essence of each space. This a permanent role and on-site 5 days per week in Miami, FL.

Associate Photographer Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the marketing initiatives of our industry-leading marketplaces by generating high-quality 3-D virtual tours and floorplans.
- Collaborate closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimize appointment scheduling and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, sales representatives, research partners, and management to facilitate strategic evaluation of priorities, projects, and tasks.
- Conduct comprehensive market coverage by traversing assigned one-mile square grids during non-residential property assignments to identify new inventory, missing availability, and potential commercial photography opportunities.
- Adhere to established safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself, company vehicles, and equipment.
- Uphold professional reputation through exceptional conduct in all interactions.
- Participate in scheduled conference calls with sales and research teams as required.
Associate Photographer Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrably successful experience in a professional photography role is required.
- The role requires extended periods of sitting in a vehicle, interspersed with standing and walking for up to eight hours per day.
- The ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to five pounds is necessary.
- The position requires repetitive hand and arm movements for tasks such as typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment.
- Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying are essential to fulfill job duties.
- The ability to work and drive outdoors in all weather conditions is a requirement.
- A willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule is necessary.
- Experience as a professional photographer or possession of a recently acquired degree in photography is a plus.
- Highly developed time management and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
- The ability to capture and input data with accuracy is necessary.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, coupled with strong organizational abilities, are required.
- Proficiency in Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet applications is a prerequisite.
- A demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and application of new concepts, such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is essential.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment is preferred.
- Prior field experience is considered advantageous.
