Performs quality assurance on manufactured products, ensuring that each leaves the factory as designed and in accordance with customer, engineering and cosmetic requirements. Works with engineering, manufacturing and other technical stakeholders to ensure quality assurance throughout design, development and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Gain understanding of and capability in Manufacturing Quality methods, processes and practices.
With guidance, performs basic Manufacturing Quality duties, including: Assisting with routine inspections for assigned products / components.
Assisting with product and process audits to help verify the quality of production processes.
Assisting more senior team members with troubleshooting and resolution of process control issues.
Assisting with product verifications and issue identification.
Assisting with investigation and resolution of customer-initiated issues and concerns.
Develops working knowledge of established process control systems and when changes or deviations may be required.
Learns and adheres to DN Manufacturing Quality and related standards and policies.
Supports special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Education or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Manufacturing Quality.
Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
