Job Title: Associate Director, Project Management

Office Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)

Meet the Client: My client is a global independent pharmaceutical advertising agency looking for a well-rounded Associate Director, Project Management to join their innovative team! They are an expanding company with an exciting NYC office environment space, and as such, they are looking for equally enthusiastic individuals looking to work on exciting projects. They seek to hire an AD, PM as a valuable new addition to their Manhattan office. The ideal candidate will have healthcare advertising experience and excellent project management skills who is capable of building a team.

Responsibilities:

• Establishes dates required for activity completion and evaluates change's impact on the overall timeline.
• Manages progress and identifies risks, issues, and gaps that could impact timelines and goals of services.
• Removes impediments from the working delivery team.
• Provides accurate and frequent status to internal teams regularly.
• Manages resourcing based on project needs.
• Provides necessary external status reporting to clients as needed.
• Manager junior-level staff members.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8-10 years of pharma advertising experience.
• Digital experience required.
• HCP/DTC experience required.
• Must travel to the NYC office 3x/week.
