Title: Associate, Commercial Partner
Location: Anywhere in the United States (EST or CST preferred)

Role Description
Client Operations is an internal role responsible for the life of a job, including evaluating, reviewing, and troubleshooting their respective Commercial teams’ pipeline and orders, along with assisting with aged Accounts Receivable and Accrued Revenue, job activation, job maintenance, and closure. The Client Ops rep serves as a liaison between the Kantar Financial Services team and Solutions Delivery. This role would suit a motivated professional who enjoys working collaboratively in a team setting, excels at multitasking and prioritizing, and is comfortable with mathematic fundamentals while embracing independent responsibility over their work.
Responsibilities
Oversees and tackles issues with pipeline, pending orders, aged Accounts Receivable, and Accrued Revenue with Client Lead/Project Lead teams and Kantar Financial Services team
Troubleshoot pipeline by utilizing the Salesforce platform and Maconomy
Assists Executive Leadership and Financial Business Partner on financial reporting
Job maintenance including opening, maintaining, and closing a job.
Supports Solutions Delivery teams by pulling budget and profitability reports
Partners with Solutions Delivery teams to ensure invoices are correct and get to clients on time
Supports Kantar Financial Services on challenging collection issues
Works to improve the workflow for Purchase Orders, Billing and Collections
Weekly/monthly reporting on pipeline, orders, pending orders, aged AR, and accrued revenue
Supports client assignment efforts and transitions
Supports the NA Sales Operation with new initiatives
Capabilities
Working knowledge of Maconomy and Salesforce.com systems.
High proficiency using web-based tools and MS Office (including Excel)
Resourceful problem-solving, organized and analytical, with a detailed oriented mindset
Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines concurrently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Reacts to change productively and displays a solution-driven approach
Strong teamwork ethic with an ability to complete tasks independently and proactively

The salary range for this role in Pennsylvania is $62,300 - $103,800 USD. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
