Summary

The Associate Brand Manager is a key member of the marketing team responsible for building a consistent image of our brand. Responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability.


Responsibilities

  • Business and financial analysis for all products with key insights and recommendations.
  • Own monthly business review analysis.
  • Develop and maintain Nielson dashboards for competitive analysis.
  • Provide data inputs for selling deck presentations for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with other marketing groups to provide consumption and shipment data.
  • Provide marketing support for Premium and Delishaved key growth areas.
  • Support Senior Brand Manager in daily product management and P&L.
  • Responsible for trademark renewal for Premium and Delishaved brands.
  • Lead SKU rationalization team manage the process and develop a recommendation.
  • Brand management inventory management.


Requirements

  • Minimum one year brand management experience preferably in CPG.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
  • Experience with product pricing, packaging and positioning.
  • Familiarity with distribution channels and media marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis (and the know-how to use and interpret spreadsheets and charts).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creativity.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and database systems.
