As an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our Skilled Long-Term Care facility. You will work closely with the Nursing Home Administrator and the other team members to ensure the highest standards of care, compliance with regulations, and the overall success of the facility.

As an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our Skilled Long-Term Care facility. - Assist in managing the daily operations of the nursing home facility.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient and effective resident care.
- Support staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Participate in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Participate in the Department of Health survey process.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives and resident satisfaction programs.
- Manage administrative tasks as assigned by the Nursing Home Administrator.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Long-Term Care environment.
- Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process.
- Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel. Effective communication and people skills. Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Outstanding organizational and stress management skills.
