Our Merchant team is seeking a talented, versatile Assistant Merchant to join our team. This position will maintain data integrity, support product strategies, and stay informed about market trends as well as close collaboration with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Sales, and Product Development.

In This Role

• Own data integrity of core Merchandising reporting and tools
• Perform regular audits on key Merchandising metrics and values
• Assist Senior Merchant/Merchant with assortment line plans and execution of product strategy
• Constantly be in the market in order to maintain awareness of trends and opportunities (i.e. competitive shopping in retail, online, trend sources, etc.)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Planning
• Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
• Other duties as assigned by Management
  
  

The Ideal Person

• 1+ years of work experience in an Assistant Merchant or related role
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Adept in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Highly motivated individual with an attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive demeanor to solve problems and win at all levels
• Excellent time management skills
