Your Role: Assistant-Quality Assurance

Provide primary support for compliance activities and administrative support. Responsible for the review and analysis of data supporting the quality of products/packaging, and ensures compliance with applicable procedures, cGMP's/standards and regulations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to for compliance activities and high-level support to site leadership.
  • Compliance Support duties may include: Supporting quality commitments (Q-Plan, CAPAs, deviations, changes, etc.), maintaining state and federal licenses and certifications, etc.
  • Schedule Management duties may include: Manage business partner calendars and daily activities, time management, arranging travel and completing expense reports, planning events and coordinating activities, scheduling site visits from other organizations/sites in coordinating schedules/agendas.
  • Office Management duties may include: Developing complex queries, databases, spreadsheets, and running reports used by the business partner or within the business unit and ordering and maintaining an inventory of office supplies.
  • QA Assistant Support Cross-trained to support the following responsibilities: provide support to quality systems, print and prepare batch manufacturing records, create or prepare Certificates of Analysis, perform inbound quality analysis for printed packaging materials, and approve raw materials for use.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Reporting skills, administrative writing skills, organization skills, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Managing processes, analyzing information, professionalism, problem solving, supply management, verbal communication, and time Management.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing or quality.
  • Possess ability to interact effectively with a variety of people and levels.
  • Language requirement: English
  • Knowledge of document management systems, SAP, Veeva, Business Objects helpful.
  • Experience and knowledge of cGMP manufacturing is helpful.
  • Multi-tasking is a must.
