Summary
The Assistant Football Coach will report to the Head Coach and will work within a rigorous environment developing high-functioning student-athletes as assigned. The individual will also have responsibilities in the areas of recruitment, academic support, and skill training as it relates to developing a successful NCAA Division I football program.
The Assistant Football Coach will have a strong presence in working with the university, athletics department, and the community. Will engage in activities and subcommittees outside of the football program.

Demonstrates proven leadership abilities through prior playing and/or coaching experience.
Demonstrated abilities to lead small and large group discussions.
Demonstrated ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level OR previous playing and coaching experience of the sport at a high school recognized regionally or nationally for its athletic achievements.
Skills or competencies related to the sport.
Strong computer skills and the ability to utilize the latest advances in technology.
