Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, and guest services departments

Previous experience in a rooms division leadership role within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of front office operations, housekeeping, and guest services
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
Proficient in property management systems and other relevant software
