We are looking for an Assistant Clinic Manager to join our Germantown, MD location. This role will use critical thinking skills to manage the clinic's schedule and interpersonal skills to establish professional relationships with multidisciplinary roles within the clinic and organization. The Assistant Manager will:

• Provide exceptional patient experience while managing the check-in and check-out process, which may include helping them complete any paperwork,
• Handling medical insurance, collecting payments and balances
• Scheduling follow-up appointments
• Additional responsibilities include professionally answering the telephone, managing the clinic's appearance and cleanliness, and filling in for the clinic manager as needed
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One (1) year of medical front office experience
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical insurance
• Passion for changing lives, one patient at a time
• Valid CPR license
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
