Assistant Buyer (Recent Grad)

KBW Financial Staffing has partnered with one of our long time clients near Haverhill, Massachusetts in their search for an Accounting Clerk. This is a great foot in the door opportunity for anyone that is looking to expand their accounting skill set or a recent Accounting, Finance or Business graduate looking to join a growing company and gain hands on accounting experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts receivable/billing related responsibilities
• Assist with purchase order requests
• Follow up with vendors on billing questions
• Create Weekly/monthly reports for AR/Billing team
• Data entry
  
  

Job Requirements

• 1+ years data entry or accounting experience,, open to recent accounting, business, finance graduates
• Intermediate Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
• Ability to answer/administer phone calls and emails with vendors, maintaining professionalism
• Strong attention to detail
