Work Schedule
This is a hybrid role where Monday and Friday are work-from-home days. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at our Colony Square office in Midtown.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages the process for customer reporting of container shipments and maintains data and reports on customer shipments across all supply chains.
- Create and maintain an audit schedule of customers.
- Analyze customers’ asset usage behaviors and report findings.
- Complete customer asset utilization analysis (turns, losses, out-of-network shipments, and reporting) for sales-led customer reviews.
- Continuously strives to improve processes in order to minimize losses and improve recoveries.
- Acts as the central contact for Food Banks to recover assets.
- Identifies, recommends, and follows through on opportunities for supply chain improvement related to Tosca’s container assets.
- Works closely with Tosca’s sales and supply chain teams across all supply chains.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in finance, supply chain, logistics, or asset management
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, supply chain, operations management, or logistics preferred
- Demonstrated success in analyzing key performance indicators to support business initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including positive communication over the phone
- Ability to establish good rapport and interact with both internal and external Tosca customers
- High-level organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed in a changing work environment
- Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite is required, and working knowledge of relational databases is preferred.
