Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions that solve complex problems and drive business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to create scalable and robust AI applications.

Roles And Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development:
• Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Leverage machine learning and deep learning techniques to build predictive, prescriptive, and cognitive AI solutions.
• Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
• Data Preparation and Feature Engineering:
• Collect, preprocess, and clean data from various sources to build high-quality datasets for AI model training.
• Perform feature engineering and selection to enhance model accuracy and predictive capabilities.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality and efficient data pipelines.
• Model Training and Evaluation:
• Train, validate, and test AI models using appropriate methodologies and evaluation metrics.
• Conduct experiments and iterate on models to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes.
• Implement model monitoring and validation strategies to ensure ongoing model accuracy and effectiveness.
• Deployment and Integration:
• Deploy AI models into production environments and integrate them with existing systems and applications.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to develop scalable APIs and services for AI model inference.
• Ensure robustness, scalability, and security of deployed AI solutions.
• Research and Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in AI, machine learning, and related fields.
• Experiment with new algorithms, techniques, and frameworks to enhance AI capabilities and solutions.

• Collaboration and Communication:

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience (X+ years) as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role, with a strong background in AI development, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI and machine learning (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of AI algorithms, neural networks, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive solutions.
