Job Description

We are looking for talented, highly motivated Architectural Technicians to join our team

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and Technical support for various project sizes and types. Strong in type 5 construction and understanding of assemblies
  • Preparation of drawing in all phases of design, with emphasis on Construction Documents and the art of putting a set together
  • Preparation of 2D and 3D graphics for visual aids and presentation rendering

Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of drafting experience in auto cad
  • Proficiency in Autocad, Adobe Suite, SketchUp
  • Possess strong verbal and graphic communication skills and highly organized
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or building technical school
  • Experience in all phases of construction documents
  • Experience in residential and commercial design.

Salary negotiable depending on experience
