Job Title: Mobile Deployment Technician

Contract duration: 6 months

Job location: Charlotte, NC 28208

Job Description

  • Assist with upgrading iPhones and iPads, including assisting end users with initial setup and migration.
  • Help with mobile device refreshes and replacements, and collaborate with other IT professionals to execute large-scale migration projects.
  • Resolving difficulties and educating users on appropriate usage, backup procedures, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with mobile device management is desired.
