The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Apartment Management Organization, is seeking a professional & seasoned Full-time leasing consultant for our Garden-style apartment community located in Burlington County, NJ.
The qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1 plus years of apartment leasing and office management experience. Qualified candidates must be customer service driven, as well as detailed/organized, have the ability to multi-task, and be available to work weekends. Experience with I Love Leasing, MRI and LRO is a plus
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing the leasing process from inception to final submission to Corporate
Answer telephone inquiries
Show apartments to prospective residents
Walk vacant ready apartments, and additional leasing and office management responsibilities as required
