Job Overview

The Analyst, Marketing Investment Planning assists the team by collecting and organizing essential budget and campaign related information allowing for in-depth analysis to optimize the Marketing strategy. This position will be responsible for maintaining marketing budget planning systems, creating post-mortem reporting, and centralizing Marketing promotion/campaign communication. The ideal candidate is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and adhering to a high standard for detail-oriented deliverables.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain and reconcile internal marketing campaign/budget planning system, partnering with Marketing and Finance teams
  • Execute in-season budget management
  • Manage Marketing investment report creation to provide historical spend information to inform future strategies
  • Compile cross-functional Marketing support playbook for key time periods/promotions and calendarize content calendar event support

Qualifications And Competencies

We encourage candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply

1-2 years related experience

  • Strong data interpretation and communication skills; ability to summarize complex findings clearly and concisely
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
  • Organized and a fast learner. Highly flexible and adapts well to a rapidly changing environment
  • Detail oriented

Physical Requirements

  • Requires prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing
  • Occasionally requires walking, bending, reaching, hearing and talking
  • Continuous use of computers and other office equipment
  • Frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs.
