The Ambulatory Clinic Practice Manager will be part of a dedicated group of professionals with the resources, training and expertise to provide patients with the most advanced medical care. The Ambulatory Clinic Practice Manager will be responsible for managing the clinical and non-clinical staff of about 15+ FTEs over two ambulatory clinics, as well as day-to-day operations to meet access to care and improve population health. The Ambulatory Clinic Practice Manager will develop and implement programs, processes, and departmental policies to achieve greater productivity, consistency and outcomes of the department. The Ambulatory Clinic Practice Manager will work collaboratively with and report directly to the Senior Director of Provider Services to meet and improve dashboard measures and other key strategic initiatives through data analysis, interpretation and recommendations for change. Knowledge of RHC and PCMH guidelines, as well as previous clinic management experience will earn a fast interview.
The Ambulatory Clinic Practice Manager may develop departmental capital and operational budgets or provide input into the budgeting process in order to achieve financial objectives. The Ambulatory Clinic Practice Manager will make recommendations related to employment, rewards/discipline and work assignments relative to key initiatives.
Through providing transformational leadership and building relationships, networks, and alliances, the Ambulatory Clinic Practice Manager will reach strategic goals of the clinic. The Ambulatory Clinic RN Practice Manager will also travel to meetings and training throughout the Region as well as meetings held in locations outside of the area.
