Title: Conversational AI Quality Assurance Tester
Role: Testing Cognitive AI portfolio or products including voice bots and chat bots for a contact center in a large Enterprise. Testing will be done via Cyara Botium and Velocity
Start: ASAP – must start 2 weeks from offer
Duration: 6 month contract + extensions
Interview Process: 1-2 rounds – Teams video interviews with team
Required Qualifications:
7+ years experience Quality Assurance testing Conversational AI Virtual Assistants (Voice & Chat) in enterprise contact centers

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience testing IBM Watson Assistant Voice & Chat Bots
Familiar testing language models, text to speech, speech to text
Familiarity with leveraging Postman for API testing
Experience working in SAFe / Agile methodology
Understanding of Rally for project and test management
Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry
Experience interpreting dialog flows in LucidChart and/or Visio
Healthcare experience a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Automation engineer with hands-on experience with Conversational AI Virtual Assistants Voice and Chat bots leveraging Cyara automation testing tools
Accountable for initiatives of high complexity, high risk, and high visibility; handle multiple initiatives of varied complexity simultaneously; provide feedback on and suggestions for improving QA Procedures
Able to implement a continuous testing approach and add efficiency to the way teams work, speed to adopting innovations, quality and test automation
Ensure test coverage and execution of test cases that exercise all critical inter-system integration points, including creation, execution and automation of complex functional and regression test scenarios to avoid leaked defects.
Review and provide feedback on requirements, technical design, and specifications through User Story / Backlog Refinement sessions
Responsible for Test planning including Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Data Requirements, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Results, Defect Management and Test Summary reports leveraging user stories, business requirements, UX design specifications
Strong understanding of Defect Workflow, Agile methodology
