Job Description:
The Agile Delivery Lead acts as the “chief of staff” within the scaled agile environment. The role is focused on optimizing the flow of value in a multi-team model and requires an ability to support, manage and improve daily operations of the teams. As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will work with a cross-functional leadership team to define and measure objectives, drive standardization of delivery practices across related teams and coordinate and facilitate scaled agile events. In this role you will also act as a thought partner and impediment remover to the teams.

Qualifications
Experience in Agile way of working
Experience in scaled agile delivery preferred
Experience leading or shaping large transformational efforts preferred
Broad network and ability to influence across the organization is critical
Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience preferred
Experience working within a team-of-teams-of-teams structure preferred
Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), Scrum Alliance Scrum Master or Kanban Management Professional (KPM) an asset
Experience in Agile/SAFe communities of practice preferred
Drive integration, alignment, and continuity of delivery across value streams
Help solve organizational problems and facilitate problem-solving sessions
Proactively identify and escalate issues for Executive sponsor support
Triage incoming needs and questions to the teams and support the management of internal and external dependencies
Own tracking and reporting on objectives & key results, financials, etc. for Executive audiences
Help to develop & manage portfolio of large, complex deliverables following agile ways of working
Track & report on resources & gaps
Support preparation and own content for key scaled agile workshops & events

Southern California region: $152,100 - $228,200 annually
Central California region: $160,300 - $240,500 annually
Northern California region: $171,400 - $257,100 annually
If you are a Colorado or Nevada resident, the salary range for this position is $145,100 - $217,700 annually
If you are a Connecticut or Maryland resident, the salary range for this position $152,100 - $228,200 annually
If you are Washington or Rhode Island resident, the salary range for this position is $160,300 - $240,500 annually
If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is $171,400 - $257,100 annually
