The Agile Delivery Lead will observe 3 existing teams to assess the current state and develop an array of model practices for teams within the company to follow. This engagement will focus on collecting information, making observations, and generating models based on them. This approach may change based on new information acquired during the engagement. Other activities may be undertaken as a part of this engagement if time permits.
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
leading offshore teams
leading transformation into Agile working with multiple groups
Financial Services industry experience
Responsibilities:
Lead kickoff meetings
Observe teams (3)
Stakeholder interviews (up to 15)
Review existing documentation, artifacts, and current-state org structure
Develop the Agile Teams Playbook
