We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.

Summary: Their primary responsibility would be to assist in retrieving clients needed for intake/assessment within the facility.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Completion of ROIs/consents
  • Complete discharge notification to funders
  • Retrieve clients from clinical units for intake assessment
  • Assist clients calling other facilities that show they are admitted to that facility
  • Complete the Cover VA for restrictive clients and inactive clients to obtain their T-number
  • Return client to their unit upon completion of assessments
  • Responsible for scheduling clients for their intake assessments in the EMR system as directed
  • Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information
  • Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education, Licensure, & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Prefer one year experience working with people in the mental health and/or substance abuse field
  • Prefer experience with insurance eligibility and billing.
