Full-time: Admissions Assistant
Responsibilities of an Admissions Assistant:
Provides assistance to the Admission Director in maximizing facility’s census through interaction with referral sources.
Handle inquiry calls from hospitals, families, etc., and provide appointments that include a presentation, tour and closing.
Maintain updated bed availability and facility services information.
Create facility materials such as press releases, brochures, and advertisements.
Any other duties as assigned by the Admissions Director.
Qualifications of an Admissions Assistant:
Previous experience as an Admissions Assistant is preferred, but not required
Previous experience within a Long Term Care setting is preferred, but not required
