Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Administrative Office Manager Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, facilitating payroll, assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings, employee onboarding, managing office equipment and supplies, and providing excellent customer service. This is an on-site position located in Katy, TX.
Qualifications
Experience with office equipment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
Attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
