Title: Administrative/Customer Support Specialist

Salary: $47,000-$55,000

Bonus: 10%

Location: New Berlin, WI



Job Description:

• Answering all incoming phone calls

• Dispatching service techs to the appropriate service call

• Customer service-related tasks (typically fielding complaints about not receiving a product after the machine took money/payment)

• Processing incoming/outgoing mail

• Ordering office supplies

• Other duties as they are assigned


Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of administrative/customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Organized

• Self-starter/Go getter along with being a team player

• Knowledge of the MS Office Products
