Administrative Coordinator

The Admin Coordinator is an entry-level role on the team. The role will be temporary, starting as soon as possible with a strong possibility of turning permanent. We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, an interest in learning, and someone detail-oriented. If this sounds like you, apply today!


Compensation: $20/hr

Availability: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PST. Seeking OR/WA candidates.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and record transactions and communications in our claims management system.
  • Sort and distribute all incoming insurance faxes.
  • Open, scan, and electronically file all incoming Insurance team mail.
  • Distribute monthly hospital list updates sent to vendors.
  • Administer the distribution of all state-required insurance postings.
  • Other job duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Open all degrees/backgrounds; business major or finance major may be relevant
  • Looking for someone who wants to learn more about claims and has a desire to grow within the team
  • Desired soft skills: self-starter, collaborative, strong customer service attitude, not afraid to ask questions, high learning agility
  • 1-year office experience desired, minimum six months internship, strong MS Office skills
